If your dog is prone to regularly and repeatedly scratching their neck, the embroidered name can be caught in their nails or become undone. If this applies to your dog, it is recommended that you remove the collar when safe and feasible to do so (such as at night). Repairs, however, can be done to the embroidery at any time for a nominal cost; if needed, contact us for details.
